Judy's Spicy & Tangy Sauce

Notes: A classic spicy and tangy dipping sauce with garlic, scallion, light soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil, sesame oil, and a savory bite from oyster sauce.

Ingredients

2 cloves minced garlic

1 tablespoon finely chopped scallion

2 tablespoons water

4 teaspoons light soy sauce

4 teaspoons rice vinegar

1 teaspoon oyster sauce

1 teaspoon chili sauce or oil

1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

Serve with your favorite scallion pancakes.
